Biography

Yue Zhang received her master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (M. Sc.) from Technische Universität München (TUM) in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, she was a research assistant in the Machine Intelligence and Signal Processing Group at TUM's Institute for Human-Machine Communication. Her main area of involvement has been with the EU-FP7 starting grant project iHEARu. Currently, she is working towards her PhD degree at Imperial College London, Department of Computing. Her research focus is on novel machine learning approaches for holistic speech analysis in computational paralinguistics.
