Dr. Symeon Nikitidis
Biography
I received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in informatics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece and the M.Sc. degree in advanced computing from the University of Glasgow, Glasgow, U.K. From 2006 to 2012, I was a Research and Teaching Assistant with the Department of Informatics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and since 2012, I have been a Research Associate at the intelligent Behaviour Understanding Group (iBUG), Department of Computing, Imperial College London, U.K. My research interests include statistical machine learning, digital signal and image processing and pattern recognition applied to computer vision problems such as human behaviour analysis.
